In my experience, the foundation of meditation is our body. 

When we are able to connect with, and relax our bodies, the stress we hold can more easily dissipate.  As a result, our meditations can be much deeper. 

Once we are connected with our bodies, one of my favorite meditation tools is working with higher frequency energies, I call “the light.” By visualizing bringing in more and more light into my body and energy field, I find myself uplifted and refreshed. In this 12-minute meditation, I guide you to connect with your body and to visualize yourself full of light, energizing and charging you for your day.
