What is a Merkaba?

Merkaba is derived from the Hebrew term Merkavah, which means ‘chariot’ or ‘vehicle.’ It may also be defined as light, energy, and body. The Merkaba symbol is a two-dimensional figure formed of two intersecting tetrahedrons that spin in opposing directions, generating a three-dimensional energy field.

While there are many interpretations of what a merkaba actually is, most people believe that it is a three-dimensional Star of David. This symbol is said to represent our spiritual bodies moving through the dimensions. When we meditate on the merkaba, it is said that we can connect with higher realms and receive guidance and wisdom from these realms. The merkaba is said to be a very powerful symbol, and it is often used in healing rituals and meditations.
